Privacy policy
1. Controller
Backshop & Eiscafé Alt-Friedrichsfelde, [owner], Alt-Friedrichsfelde 65c, 10315 Berlin, Germany, phone 0176 80874912, email [email protected].
2. Principle
This website is deliberately lean. There are no analytics tools, no tracking, no advertising networks, no social media plug-ins and no embedded maps. No cookies are set for analytics or advertising purposes, which is why there is no cookie banner.
3. Server log files
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in the secure and trouble-free operation of the website. This data is stored for a short time and is not merged with other data sources.
4. Fonts
The fonts used are supplied when the website is built and served from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external provider; no IP address is transmitted to third parties in the process.
5. Contact form
If you write to us via the form, we process your name, the telephone number or email address you provide and your message — solely in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give via the checkbox in the form. You may revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future; the lawfulness of the processing carried out until revocation remains unaffected. Your details will be deleted as soon as the enquiry has been finally processed and no statutory retention periods conflict. Please do not submit any special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR via the form.
6. Contact by telephone
If you call us, we process the information arising in the process solely to handle your concern (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
7. Recipients
Your data will not be sold and will not be passed on for advertising purposes. Recipients are exclusively our hosting service provider as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and the technical service through which the form message is delivered to our mailbox. Data is not transferred to third countries.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and a right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). For this, please contact the contact details given above.
9. Right to complain
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin.
10. Date
This privacy policy applies from [date of publication].
